Time to be Thankful!

Have you noticed how the “Christmas Season” starts earlier every year? Used to be I wouldn’t see anything red and green until the day after Thanksgiving. Now the decorations go up after Halloween! Thanksgiving has become the lost holiday.
I was browsing My Bit of Earth yesterday and found a post about the things we are thankful for. It was so refreshing to me, I thought I would do something like it here as well – because we can never be too thankful!

This year I am thankful for my job that supports our family of five and allows me to blog every day! I’m thankful to have a good car now after taking the bus and walking in the rain for a year. (Driving in the rain makes me smile now.) I’m thankful my daughter rescued a stray kitten (not a great picture, but isn’t she cute?) that was stuck in a box in our shed. Her antics bring constant joy to this weary mom!
