National Photo Project: Show Us Your Chaotic Home
September 18, 2007
Sometimes, chaos is a good thing.
Mid-day madness at your house could make you famous if you photograph it tomorrow and upload it to “America at Home 7 Days.”.
Everyone in America is invited to join 100 of the nation’s leading photojournalists to capture “the emotions of home” in daily photo assignments on specific themes.
No Place Like Your Home?
The co-creator of the best-selling A Day in the Life and America 24/ book series invites you to participate in America at Home, a nationwide photo project, through September 23, 2007. The goal of the project is to capture the extraordinary diversity that makes up American family life, representing a broad range of economic, geographic, racial, political, and socially.

Find out how your home can become a part of American history here, and see photos already submitted. A group of prestigious newspaper and magazine editors will review the millions of submissions and select the photos that best capture the spirit of home.
The result? A coffee table book, a website and an exhibition. You’ll even be able to put your photo on the cover in a custom edition.
