I ordered one of your products. On the statment it asks me to submit a review.
Your web site does not show a place to give a review.
Let me know how and I will give you my thoughts.
A Cross,
Sorry for the mix-up. If you go back to organizeit.com, and find the product you purchased, you can write a review on that page – right underneath the product description. Thank you for your input, we’re always looking for ways to improve our products or hear how they’re working out for you.
I saw a great quote today:
“Don’t agonize. Organize.” Florynce R. Kennedy Here’s my challenge: I keep my off season clothing stored in a covered rack in the basement of my home. It’s heated and air conditioned, so there’s no problem there. My problem is that the racks that I have uses are plastic and the weight of the clothing pulls the poles out of the connector. My clothes keep falling and wrinkling on the floor. I’m not overloading the racks. Any ideas?
I would be interested in the answer to this as well. I have two of those organizers in my basement, also heated/air conditioned. They are not even half full and one of them collapsed onto my Bowflex machine. I heard it from my bedroom, it was a little scary.
Martha & Cheryl,
I’m sorry to hear about the low quality of these clothing racks. I looked into it and there are a few racks on the market that are not up to par, mostly due to fact that they are made of plastic. Plastic is the more affordable option but is lightweight and therefore, not as sturdy as other options like steel. If possible, splurge on a great rack that will last you for years to come and make sure to read the reviews, they are super helpful. This rack in particular, http://bit.ly/ar6Vcv , does it’s job well. So, stay away from plastic if possible and you won’t find clothes on the ground or hear anymore crazy crashes from the basement!
Can’t wait to see her suggestions and ideas!
