Stationary Bike For A Freezing Week
February 13, 2014
I can’t believe how cold it is! Let me revise that statement – I can’t believe how cold it is where all of you guys live! Here in Pasadena, CA it feels like a mid-summer day, with highs in the 70s. But for those of you in the rest of the country, getting all of that precipitation that we so desperately need (seriously, what is going on), it sure feels impossible to get your rides in. Instead of holing up and missing all of your much-needed riding time, look to a stationary bike for exercise!
It’s a pretty simple solution to this freezing dilemma. Since the roads are about as icy and cold as a witch’s knee, I would recommend staying indoors as much as possible. Otherwise you will end up falling over and injuring yourself. If you get too seriously injured, you may not even be able to get on this stationary bike. So just avoid any unnecessary issues and get on a stationary bike for these cold winter months.
And since it doesn’t seem like this year is a fluke and these frigid temperatures are likely to continue, I would recommend looking into purchasing a stationary bike for your home. A great choice for your home is the Recumbent Stationary Bike by Sunny Health and Fitness.
With a cost of just 200 dollars, this is a great choice for those days you just do not want to go out and face the elements. Hop on this stationary bike when it is raining, snowing, sleeting or even just for those days it is too hot and humid to go for a ride.
So go ahead and get this stationary bike so you can continue to work out even though it is just miserable out. That way us riders on the west coast do not get too far ahead of you!
