HassleMe – A tool which randomly nags you via email about things you know you should be doing. It can be used for individuals or groups of people like families or offices. HassleMe doesn’t require an account set-up! Just input the hassle, how often you want to be hassled, and the email address(es) to send the hassle.
Chore Buster – Automatically creates a fair chore schedule for the whole house. You can try a demo first or just open a free account and be on your way to a more organized daily routine! Account sign-up required.
My Note Wall – With your own “note wall,” you can stick up virtual post-it notes to remind you of various tasks. You can outline each task and leave a detailed explanation so that you fully understand what you have to do. Account sign-up is required.
Birthday Alarm – Alerts you to an upcoming birthday – never forget one again! Account sign-up is required.
Cooking by Numbers – Saves you time and a trip to the store. You select the ingredients you have on hand, and it tells you what you can make for dinner! No account set-up necessary.
Make-Your-Own Labels from HGTV – Eliminate the task of making your own labels for organizing projects! Does not require an account.

I’m marking this site and looking forward to advice sick and weak but need all the good advice on decluttering and getting back to being organized thanks for a site like this God bless Doe (female dear-grin)
I agree post it notes work well. Or an erasable board that you can clear off when each project is completed.
These free tools are awesome and they are part of a huge number of freebies available from the internet.
One of the best ways to find freebies is to use the freebies search engine which will quickly find what you are looking for (and some other stuff that you didn’t realise you were looking for!).
